Effective immediately, our facility is implementing some ever so slight changes to our pricing and policies. Please review below:
Surrounding peak dates/holidays, our prices will have a 15% increase. This applies to both Daycare reservations as well as Boarding reservations. This does not apply to any additional services you may add on to your reservation such as Park Runs or Grooming.
Our peak dates are 2/14-23, 4/18-27, 5/23-26, 7/3-6, 8/29-9/2, 11/26-30 and 12/20-1/5.
All reservations within these dates will see a 15% increase on the daily rate.
On this same note, we will also be requiring a card on file in order to finalize any Boarding reservations. Charging policies will remain the same – your card will not be charged until the end of your pets stay, at pick up. We will not require that any cards remain on file permanently so if you would like us to remove your card from your file after your stay is completed, please let us know and we are happy to do so!
Lastly, we will be charging $1 per cup for in-house dog food. Meaning if you do not bring your pup in with their own food from home and need us to feed our in-house food, you will see a $1 charge per each cup of in-house food we feed your pup throughout their visit.
We understand that changes in pricing can be difficult. We greatly appreciate your continued support and understanding as we make these changes in order to meet the rising costs and to help us provide the best possible care for your pets.
